Paul Buetow 21ddb9de95 ychat: deploy uninitialized-b_online fix (image f015a1b) 
Fixes idle-timeout logout getting permanently stuck no-op'd for users
whose b_online happened to already read false (uninitialized), leaving
them shown online in the room forever instead of being auto-logged-out.
